We searched for about a month, and Kai was always on time for the showings which means a lot to me and says a lot about her work ethic. I went to an open house on a Sunday and fell in love with this cute house (my home now). Kai put an offer together immediately and helped me through the stressful negotiating period. I had a chance to meet with her partner Terry at the home inspection and he was super knowledgeable and even went out and bought a new battery for the garage door opener!
